Matt Nichols joined Quick Quack Car Wash in October 2020 and serves as the company's Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, he leads Quick Quack's equipment supply chain, research and development, and innovation initiatives, driving operational excellence and the advancement of industry-leading technologies.
 
Before joining Quick Quack, Matt led Fulfillment Operations for Amazon's Northern California Robotics Fulfillment Center, where he oversaw the launch and rapid expansion of Sacramento's first robotics-enabled fulfillment center. He managed a leadership organization supporting more than 6,000 employees while helping scale one of Amazon's most advanced operational facilities.
 
Prior to Amazon, Matt built an extensive career with General Electric (GE), where he was a graduate of the prestigious Operations Management Leadership Program. During his tenure, he held leadership positions across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations for power generation equipment, including renewable energy wind turbines. He directed manufacturing and supply chain operations throughout the southeastern United States as well as international facilities in Brazil.
 
Matt earned a Master of Business Administration from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked in 26 locations around the world, including Tokyo, Japan; Tel Aviv, Israel; and Salvador, Brazil, bringing a global perspective and diverse operational experience to his leadership at Quick Quack.

Kenny Williams joined Quick Quack Car Wash in 2014 and serves as the company's Chief People Officer. He oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function, providing strategic leadership for a team of Human Resources Generalists, Recruiters, Trainers, and Compliance professionals. His organization is responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, team member relations, learning and development, workforce planning, compliance, and retention initiatives that support Quick Quack's continued growth and people-first culture.
 
With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Kenny has built a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and implementing programs that enhance the team member experience while supporting organizational success. His leadership is instrumental in fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous development across the company.
 
Kenny earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Sacramento. He is also a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), demonstrating his commitment to excellence and best practices in the HR profession.

Emily is a Partner and SVP for USI in the Rancho Cordova, CA office. She has over a decade of experience in the wellness industry and employee benefits sphere. Her focus is on partnering with clients to help identify and implement long-term cost control measures, retention initiatives and health and wellness strategies. Emily hopes to build long-lasting, service-oriented relationships with each client, understanding their unique needs.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University. She spent ten years working at Cooper Aerobics Enterprises in Dallas, Texas focusing on wellness, consulting and forging long term relationships with community partners and businesses. After, Emily began her own wellness consulting company prior to joining USI. 

Emily has a love of community involvement. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for United Way California Capital Region and volunteers at her church. You will find her regularly speaking at HR Professional events, workshops and CFO roundtables as an industry expert.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she and her husband, Vinny, no reside in Lincoln, California with their two children.
