Ramona Chahal has an impressive 25 years of experience in the staffing industry focused on finance & accounting and has enjoyed 15 years with Roth Staffing Companies. She currently serves as Branch Manager for the company’s business line specializing in finance & accounting staffing, Ledgent, in Sacramento. Ramona enjoys the adventure of travel and discovering cuisine around the world.  Ramona enjoys volunteering with a few local food banks and is involved with a few overseas charities.

Liz Reeves

Liz has worked nearly a decade placing finance and accounting professionals throughout the Sacramento area. Prior to joining Ledgent in 2016, she had a twenty-year career in the telecommunications industry where she managed relationships with Fortune 100 companies. Liz also was an on-air radio personality at KSFM 102.5 while studying journalism at CSU Sacramento. Liz is an active member of her community including both volunteering and serving on several boards.

Shaija Romey

Prior to joining Ledgent Finance & Accounting in 2022 as a Business Solutions Manager, Shaija enjoyed a long and successful career in retail management for nearly 20 years where she oversaw multiple locations while hiring and developing staff and exceeding sales goals. Shaija enjoys volunteering with both the Susan G. Komen as well as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
