Accessing Public Markets:
IPOs and Public Transactions in Sacramento

Last year was an active year for several high-profile Sacramento area-based companies.  After raising $766 Million net proceeds from the IPO last July in its IPO, Folsom-based Powerschool was recently valued at more than 3.5 Billion. West Sacramento-based Origin Materials completed a business combination via SPAC in June 2021 raising $503 Million at a valuation of approximately $1.4 Billion.

Join us as panelists Eric Shander, CFO at Powerschool, and Nate Whaley, CFO at Origin Materials, discuss some of the experiences and insights gained with taking a company public and accessing public markets. Moderated by Moss Adams' Partner, Tony O'Donnell.
